These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between 8kbe and its members. They apply to players in Bangladesh and are provided in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence. Please read this document carefully, and contact our support team if you have any questions.

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" or "Site": The website of 8kbe's online gaming service and all its associated pages.
• "Member" or "User": A person who has created an account on 8kbe and is using the platform's services.

• "Funds" or "Balance": Money deposited into or earned within a member's account.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Requirements

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated accounts.

• Correct full name, date of birth, and contact details must be provided.
• You must agree to provide a national identity card or valid ID for account verification.
• An active mobile number and email address must be registered.
• 8kbe must be informed immediately of any changes to your information.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

8kbe operates its services for players in Bangladesh. It is the member's own responsibility if they register or use the platform from a region where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

Members are obligated to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use the account or sharing login details is prohibited. The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

3.2 What to Do in Case of Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or have lost your password, you must notify the 8kbe support team immediately. 8kbe will not be held responsible for transactions that occurred during any period where timely notification was not given.

3.3 Account Verification

8kbe reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the temporary or permanent closure of the account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into 8kbe: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to an account registered in the member's own name.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal will be prioritized through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met.
• Additional verification may be required in cases of unusual activity.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Members may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 VIP Program

The 8kbe VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity and account standing.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and bets.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• 8kbe reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of fraudulent activity.
• 8kbe reserves the right to change bonus terms.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

8kbe believes in fair play and all game outcomes are determined in a neutral and verifiable manner. Our games are operated by recognized technology providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others.

6.2 Bet Limits & Rules

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be indicated on the relevant page. 8kbe reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds or results were published due to a technical error in the system.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to applicable rules. Betting services are available across various markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kbe platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds obtained through such activities:

• Fraudulent activity, hacking, or gaining an unfair advantage through software.
• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds through 8kbe.
• Manipulating games through collusion or collaboration with other members.
• Using automated bots or automated software for gaming.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Attempting to infiltrate or disrupt the platform's systems.

If such activities are detected, 8kbe reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

8kbe firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income.

8.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

Members may request to temporarily or permanently close their account at any time. Once this request is made, 8kbe will action it as soon as possible.

8.2 Setting Limits

11.1 Suspension by 8kbe

8kbe may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If the information required for account verification is not provided.
• If age verification fails.

11.2 Account Closure by Member

A member may request to close their account at any time. Any valid funds remaining in the account should be withdrawn before closure.
